Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the items in your cart.

Why might one order have more than one shipping charge?

Our products come from different partner brands, and each brand ships its own items. An order with products from several brands can include a separate shipping method for each one.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them, with proof of purchase. See our refund policy for full details.

Which items can't be returned?

Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Some products, such as Azure Standard mason jars, also state that they aren't eligible for returns.

How do I start a return?

Email earthsmartlifestyle@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Where do your products come from?

We carry products from partner brands, including Klean Kanteen, Mason Jar Lifestyle, Green Llama, Organic Cotton Mart and Fern Valley Soap.

Do your mason jar lids fit all jars?

Fit depends on the lid. Check each product for regular mouth or wide mouth sizing before you buy.
